On a recent visit, I savored their classic Ropa Vieja, a tender shredded beef dish that came perfectly paired with fluffy white rice, savory black beans, and a side of sweet plantains – a truly satisfying and delicious meal. For an appetizer, the Tostones Rellenos (stuffed plantains) with shrimp were an absolute revelation, a mouthwatering burst of flavor that I highly recommend.
